SARL TANASA is a family business founded in Toulouse, operating under the brand name TANASA HABITAT. Our bet: putting quality, kept promises and transparency back at the heart of a trade where they have too often been lost.
Why we created TANASA HABITAT.
We are two brothers, trained on the ground for more than ten years. We have worked for others, seen the good and bad sites, the companies that do their job and those that take the deposit and disappear.
At some point the idea took hold: do things our way. A company where every craftsman is an employee, not a subcontractor. Where the quote is detailed line by line, not lump-summed in deliberate fog. Where the client can call the boss when there is a problem — because there is only one boss, and he picks up.
That's TANASA HABITAT. A French SARL based in Toulouse, with a multi-disciplinary in-house team, renovating homes and professional premises across Haute-Garonne.

Detailed quote, no vague lump sums
Every item is priced line by line, with material brand, quantity and planned duration. No "miscellaneous" lines, no "to be seen on site".
In-house team, no subcontracting
All our craftsmen are employees of the company. You never have to deal with multiple companies or hear "it's not us, it's the painter".
One contact from start to finish
Same site manager from the first call to the keys handover. You have his number, he calls you back the same day.
Shared schedule, weekly milestones
Before the first hammer blow, you receive a week-by-week schedule. Each week we do a check-in — photos, progress, questions.
Site left clean every evening
Vacuuming, tidying, sheets folded. You can sleep at home during the project in most cases.
Ten-year insurance
All our work is covered by our ten-year insurance. Certificate provided with the quote, without you having to ask.
A serious, registered company.
SARL TANASA, operating under the name TANASA HABITAT, is registered with the Toulouse Trade Register. We are subject to the same rules as large construction companies — VAT, URSSAF (social contributions), ten-year insurance, collective agreements. The difference is the human scale.
