At TANASA, all of these trades are in-house: plumbing, electrics, plasterwork, painting, tiling, joinery. No subcontracting, no broken chain of responsibility.
In practice, after the technical visit, we hand you a detailed week-by-week schedule, with key dates and validation checkpoints. A single site manager guides you from the first hammer blow to handover.

Finish painting
Surface preparation, fillers, walls and ceilings, woodwork lacquer.
Tiling & flooring
Large-format tile installation, laminate, solid or engineered wood floors, skirting.

Before we start, you receive a week-by-week schedule with phases (demolition, plumbing/electrics, plasterwork, finishes, decoration).

Site with weekly check-ins
Each week your site manager sends photos and progress. Call us back if you have a doubt — we're reachable.

Handover & defect period
Joint walk-through, snag list closure, keys handover and ten-year insurance. One year later we come back free of charge to check.
